Infor has created Infor10 Motion, a cloud-based mobile platform built on the Infor10 ION integration framework. The new tool provides fast connections to back-office systems through smartphones and tablets, such as the iPhone and iPad, regardless of location. Infor has made available a pair of applications, Infor10 Road Warrior, a mobile customer relationship management (CRM) tool with embedded business intelligence, and Infor ION ActivityDeck, which lets users respond to important tasks, receive real-time alerts and approve pending requests. Infor10 Motion applications can be plugged into a variety of back-office systems, including enterprise resource planning, CRM, expense management and supply-chain management. Infor10 Motion is cloud-based, simplifying user adoption and deployment. An App Manager provides a single location for companies to deploy Infor10 Motion applications quickly within their existing IT infrastructures. Infor10 Road Warrior allows users to send out mobile alerts, approvals and tasks. ActivityDeck helps to solve problems that arise when users are on the road and have no visibility into critical issues occurring in the background.
