TMW sells transportation-management system (TMS) software. The arrangement links TruckMate and TMWSuite to help make drivers and dispatchers more efficient, the companies said. New TruckMate functionality includes enhancements that embed forms within Automated Workflow for prompting the driver upon stop arrival. The technology also includes auto-arrive and depart geofences to aid in the monitoring of terminal stops. Customizable looping and branching enhancements are designed for drivers of less-than-truckload fleets with multiple freight bills. TMWSuite integrations have been extended to include signature capture for fleets equipped with PeopleNet Tablet, allowing signatures captured on a form to be accepted by TMWSuite and automatically entered into its billing system. The capability expedites billing immediately after a customer receives a load, abbreviating the accounting cycle, according to the companies.
