LogicSource helps companies to manage direct and indirect commodities and services spend, through its Sourcing Solutions Suite. Customers include retailers, consumer products companies, charities, investment banks and insurance companies. Coupa is a vendor of cloud-based spend-optimization software. Under the new partnership, the two companies will co-market the LogicSource OneMarket Sourcing Solutions Suite and Coupa's procure-to-pay application. Last fall, LogicSource announced a number of enhancements to its OneMarket Technology Suite, including digital asset management, publishing and business analytics modules. OneMarketBuyer acts as the core engine of the LogicSource platform for spend management.
