For each transaction that falls outside established score guidelines, Comdata can send an immediate e-mail or text-message notification. All transactions can be monitored via a Web-based console which tracks purchasing activity and provides key information in real time. In the process, the vendor said, customers gain greater insight into transactions at the time they occur. Comdata provides fleet, corporate payment, healthcare, virtual card and prepaid services.
