Nexternal's omnichannel platform serves manufacturers, distributors and retailers. It includes an order-management system which captures both business-to-business and business-to-consumer orders, via standard and mobile Web browsers. Companies use Nexternal's commerce platform to run call centers, generate and manage subscription orders, retrieve Amazon marketplace orders, create club orders and receive orders from other systems via its automated programming interface. The system functions as a single hub for pricing, promotions, status and customer care related to the order-management lifecycle. In another company announcement, HighJump has made enhancements to the integration between its Prophesy DispatchSeries Software and Grizella's SaferWatch, a motor carrier risk-management application. The latter pulls data form multiple government agencies. The enhanced integration will allow users to view Carrier Certificates of Insurance data, as well as download the actual CERT instantly, and store it in the Dispatch Document Imaging module. Users receive alerts in real time directly within their Prophesy Dispatch Software package.
