The deal combines CBX's cloud-based retail software applications with SGS's expertise in inspection and quality-assurance. According to the partners, it will give retailers and brands the ability to enhance collaboration and visibility in addressing regulatory and certification requirements, and ensuring brand protection. They will also have access to information-management and automation capabilities, to speed up the process of bringing merchandise to market, while meeting all quality and compliance requirements.
