Supply chains today are in survival mode. Amid all the chaos, though, they need to get a clear idea of the challenges they’re facing.

A simple assessment of the current situation won’t suffice. Companies need to look back at mistakes they made in the past that rendered them vulnerable to the current crisis. Then they have to understand the obstacles that stand in the way of correcting those mistakes, and facing the uncertainties of the future.
