Prophesy Transportation Solutions Inc. has developed Version 6 of its DispatchSeries trucking software. The update contains an enhanced load scheduler, which now depicts completed loads. Users can view up to eight days of load history. The system tracks the last commodity hauled in a trailer, and displays the information at the time of load assignment. Alerts can be configured to notify users that a washout of the trailer is required after hauling a specific commodity. A complete record of washouts is stored for reporting and alerting purposes. A new Alert Center lets users create custom alerts to enforce business rules and monitor driver appointments. The custom alerts, which are in addition to standard alerts present in earlier versions, appear when a rule is violated or a metric falls outside a defined threshold. Version 6 also includes enhanced e-mail and PDF functionality. It can convert an on-screen report to PDF format and attach it to an e-mail in one click. Users can create groups of e-mail recipients and select one or more of them when addressing an e-mail. Prophesy Dispatch comes with a current CompleteCare support plan.
