Prophesy Transportation Solutions Inc. has released Prophesy Dispatch LTL, vehicle-dispatch software for less-than-truckload carriers and brokers. It is the latest addition to the vendor's DispatchSeries product line, which offers an integrated suite of software applications for the transportation industry. Prophesy Dispatch LTL includes modules for order management, asset tracking, rating and billing, carrier and driver settlements, online shipment tracking and fuel-tax reporting. All modules are fully integrated, eliminating redundant data entry, Prophesy said. Benefits include the ability to create least-cost loads through optimization; manage multiple consolidations and deconsolidations over cross-docks; handle multi-mode movements; automatically compute the least-cost carrier for multi-stop loads; securely administer salesperson and broker commissions; perform LTL cost and revenue analyses at the individual trip-leg level; retrieve automatic updates to trucks, drivers, trailers and freight locations; match order entry with customers' order processes; automatically send customer e-mail notifications for pickups and deliveries; and integrate with popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks Pro, Peachtree Complete and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
