Located in Moscow, the office will serve customers in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Belarus. Previously, those markets were served by JDA representatives outside of Russia, in cooperation with alliance associates within the Russian Federation. JDA said it will continue to work closely with those associates. The new office was opened in response to growing demand for supply-chain and retail applications in the region, the vendor said. JDA already has a number of customers in the Russian market, including XS, Gloria Jeans and MMK.
