Circle of Service Workflow and Trip Manager allow private truck fleets to optimize their use of the productivity tools contained within MCP50. By streamlining and automating trip-related communications and instructions, they can help fleets to maximize loaded miles. Trip Manager provides visibility into trip details and route planning. Along with Circle of Service Workflow, it offers an integrated, end-to-end system for managing driver assignments in near-real time. The two applications are already available on the MCP110 and MCP200 platforms. MCP50 is a mobile fleet-management tool which was designed to help transportation companies boost productivity and meet safety and regulatory compliance requirements. In a related announcement, private and for-hire fleets across the U.S. can now draw on InstallerNet's Nationwide Fleet Installation Program, developed specifically for users adopting the MCP50. The collaboration between Qualcomm and Installernet adds an estimated 1,100 fleet-installation technicians to Qualcomm's coverage network. Fleets get broader access to local installation and service resources, reducing travel expenses.
