The release includes new replenishment workbench functionality, designed to address stock-to-stock supply between warehouses in a fully directed, managed and transaction-based environment. In addition, the Epicor ERP deployment has been simplified, with new tools introduced to ensure high levels of performance in customer operations. In another company announcement, Epicor has introduced the Epicor Customer Profit Analyzer, a business-intelligence application which reveals a distributor's most and least profitable customers. According to the vendor, users can easily understand the gap between customers' transactional gross margin and the company's net profit. Customer Profit Analyzer draws on data available in a distributor's Epicor ERP suite. Epicor has also released Epicor Cash Collect, an extension of the accounts receivable module in the Epicor ERP application. The tool helps to streamline and automate accounts receivable, credit and collections activities, centralizing them in a single database with integrated e-mail, phone-dialer options, and full reporting and analysis.
