Vansoft Ltd., a local provider of customs-management software, will combine its Kompakt Zoll system of integrated modules with Kewill CustomsXchange. The arrangement will provide customers of the two entities with a single gateway for meeting customs compliance, the companies said. Kewill CustomsXchange helps support the processing of security and customs declarations by companies that import or export from multiple countries. They can enter their security or customs information in one format and through a single interface, regardless of final destination. The Kewill application then handles all translations to local customs message formats, and shares them automatically with local customs bodies. Vansoft's Kompakt Zoll, now available to users of CustomsXchange, supports electronic import and export declarations. It allows for compliance with European Union and Hungarian legislative actions.
