The development is part of the company's new refrigerant-management program. Carrier Transicold offers a complete line of equipment for refrigerated trucks, trailers and containers. The CareMax program sets standards to help authorized container service centers cover all post-production stages of refrigerant handling, including procurement, testing, storage, decanting, maintenance of refrigerant handling tools, and the training of service technicians who handle refrigerants. The CareMAX program was developed in response to instances of refrigerant contamination and counterfeiting in the industry, Carrier Transicold said.
