It is aimed at large food, beverage, tobacco, beauty and healthcare product manufacturers. Through introduction of the concept of a virtual twin to CPG production, Perfect Production provides real-time visibility, control and synchronization of business processes performed by plants and suppliers. Manufacturers can establish a common set of operational standards that can be managed holistically and globally. According to Dassault, the application helps to speed up new-product introduction, reduce inventory, boost production throughput, synchronize and coordinate the flow of information, and recognize and correct quality issues.
