New capabilities include advanced work center functionality for orders, receipts, inventory, tasks and integration. It also offers an extensible hold-code system for increased traceability, document imaging, enhanced shipping workflow, order consolidation, load and route planning, scalable wave labels, and tighter integration with the AccellosOne Workspace framework. The WMS is integrated with leading enterprise resource planning systems. In a related announcement, Accellos has launched a new cloud-managed service for its AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) software. The new service will be offered to both new and existing customers running the vendor's 3PL application. It includes the provisioning of the computing infrastructure required to run software, system, database and administration services, as well as technical support. The service is sold as a subscription.
